I am a U.S. Army Master Sergeant currently serving as the Knowledge Management Officer for 1st Brigade (Multi-Functional Training), 95th Training Division. I enlisted in the United States Army in 2000 and have served across Active Army and Army Reserve assignments in leadership, deployment operations, Inspector General operations, knowledge management, training management, logistics, maritime operations, IT-minded problem solving, and staff process improvement.
As a former Inspector General NCOIC, I have helped Soldiers, leaders, and commands work through assistance cases, investigations, inspections, and complex requirements. As a Knowledge Management Officer, I focus on information flow, repositories, SOPs, continuity products, reporting, and staff workflows. My approach is to find the real bottleneck, simplify the process, document the standard, and train the team.
That approach has helped restore instructor reporting accuracy from 50% to 100%, improve task ownership through an automated Brigade S3 workflow, and make inspection and accreditation requirements easier to manage. My MBA and finance background add an understanding of organizational efficiency and budgetary oversight.
As I transition toward retirement, teaching at the college, online, or high-school level remains my primary goal, with process automation consulting alongside it. I am also open to civil service and defense-industry work where my experience in oversight, knowledge management, training, and operations can support the mission.
