About Me
I teach people how systems work and help teams make those systems easier to use.
I am a U.S. Army Master Sergeant currently serving as the Knowledge Management Officer for 1st Brigade (Multi-Functional Training), 95th Training Division. I enlisted in the United States Army in 2000 and have served across Active Army and Army Reserve assignments in leadership, deployment operations, Inspector General work, knowledge management, training, logistics, maritime operations, technology support, and process improvement.
As an Inspector General team lead, I helped Soldiers, leaders, and commands resolve assistance cases, supported investigations and inspections, and explained complex requirements. In my current role, I organize information, maintain shared resources, and write procedures, handover guides, and reports, and improve how staff manage their work.
I restored instructor reporting accuracy from 50% to 100%, built an automated workflow that cut missed staff assignments by 50%, and created tools to help staff prepare for inspections and accreditation reviews. My MBA and finance experience help me assess costs, manage resources, and identify inefficient processes.
I’m pursuing teaching opportunities and bring practical examples from finance, logistics, technology, and Army training. I value meaningful work, giving people room to grow, and helping others succeed. I’m also interested in operations and consulting roles where I can improve how teams work.
Where I Can Help
I’m pursuing college and high school teaching and am open to work that combines training, operations, technology, and process improvement.

Featured Projects & Work Examples
Selected examples of work I’ve built, taught, or designed.
Instructor Reporting Recovery
Problem: Instructor reporting was only 50% accurate, weakening the reliability of leader decisions.
Analysis: I traced errors to inconsistent data entry, unclear procedures, and gaps in user training.
Solution: I corrected the data, clarified the process, and created step-by-step training videos.
Result: I restored reporting accuracy from 50% to 100% and gave users clear training to maintain it.
Reporting Training Videos Data IntegrityStaff Assignments and Information Requests
Problem: Manual task handoffs made ownership, deadlines, and follow-up difficult to track.
Analysis: I mapped each step in the task process and identified gaps in status tracking and notifications.
Solution: I automated assignments and follow-up in Microsoft Planner. I also built a tracker that alerted leaders when units requested information and saved answers in a shared FAQ.
Result: The task workflow cut missed assignments by 50% and improved reporting accuracy by 95%.
Automation Tasking Leadership VisibilityAccreditation Readiness Tool
Problem: Evaluation evidence and corrective actions were difficult to assess consistently.
Analysis: I organized requirements by supporting evidence, owner, status, and follow-up.
Solution: I built a readiness tracker that showed gaps before an evaluation.
Result: The tracker improved preparation by 40% and reduced inspection discrepancies by 30%.

I founded the 80th Training Command’s Teach and Train program in Microsoft Teams after seeing the same problems surface in monthly inspections. I used short sessions on weekdays and Reserve training weekends to share guidance on inspections, leader development, and other Army processes with units beyond the inspection schedule.
Training Process Improvement Knowledge SharingSystems Access & Requirements Tool
I built a guide for units with up to three full-time staff. It showed which Army systems each role needed, what training to complete before requesting access, and when to renew it. Staff could use one reference to set up new team members and keep access current.
